Is the thing on the hand guard some sort of peq-seque IR laser? Or is it a kind of laser-based training device like what the qbz95 had?

And the laser/illuminator looks interesting too. I wonder if it's a visible laser and torch only, or if it actually has IR laser and IR illuminator too.
I upscaled the image by 2x. I think I see three distinct protrusions there. I think it is a typical visible laser, IR laser, IR illuminator combo.
