How I see it.

Red - Nose Radar
Orange --- Side Radar, surface scanning
Green --- CEC

The FLIR would be complementary with the nose radar which has a grey dome.

CEC means Cooperative Engagement Capability. Its not radar. Its networking. The radar or sensor information gathered on the helicopter would be communicated to a ship.

So, does this shed any lights on whether this is an ASW helicopter or not?

My opinion and this is an opinion that is subject to open discussion, is that what you see is a base utility, one that can do search and scout, variant that can be in the future, evolved into different variants including more specialized ASW variant and even an AEW variant. In the form it is right now, it might be able to support over the horizon targeting of surface targets by anti ship missiles from an ally ship.

This Z-20 is a GP versian for the navy and not a specialised ASW version. The ASW version will field a bigger search radar underneath
