The 082 II type minesweeping currently 5 vessel operating in PLA Navy, is China's latest minesweeping ship. The ship with 600 tons of drainage controls a 529 type remote control minesweeping boat with three 100-ton drainage. And also equipped with two types of H / IJM-01 type underwater disposal equipment.
Do I read for drainage displacement?

An interesting concept on mine clearance.

Basically take a cheap 2nd hand commercial oil tanker and pack it full of styrofoam so it can't sink. Then just drive it right through a minefield to set off any mines.

From a strategic point of view, China is the world's largest trading nation and most of that trade is seaborne.

So having masses of cheap mine clearers will allow Chinese commercial shipping to continue trading with overseas ports in neutral countries. And there would likely be spare oil tankers lying around anyway.

Nice idea but that will not trigger mines programmed to listen for and hit ships of certain classes unless you can spoof those ships. But to that end you do not need that tanker.

This is for commercial shipping lanes and commercial ships.

Military shipping is another matter

That wasn't a collision. It was near-collision with an out-of-control fishing boat during the typhoon that's currently rampaging off the Chinese coast.

The video is cited as an example of effective leadership and well-trained sailors. The OOD's orders were loud and clear, and the sailors were able to repeat and execute the orders with zero mistakes. I haven't counted exactly but there must've been like half a dozen orders given in less than a minute, all carried out without error.

Did you watch the video before posting it? Your description was way off. If you don't understand Chinese, put the video title into Google Translate to get a gist. The Chinese video title clearly contradicts your description.
