I see that there are some YJ-62 as well .. wondering whether China has a plan to replace (eventually) all YJ-62 with YJ-12B ... or mixed of YJ-12B and Yj-62 .. for coastal defence
btw, any news of YJ-18 version of coastal defence ? which one is the deadliest ?

It always helps to have cheap filler missiles for when an adversary’s defensive capabilities have been depleted. Higher capability high value missiles are mostly for breaking past defenses and eroding them until cheaper higher volume attacks are viable to finish the job at scale.
