近期施工进度在加快，24日到28日吊装了3块
还是看图吧

It is estimated to be 280m in length now.
Construction has sped up lately, from the 24th to 28th, three new modules were installed.
Better to see for yourself.

These pictures came the day before the above post in terms of sequence. I will be posting pictures of those wonderful Sketchup models for clarity when I find them.

That piece is of the angled deck is 100% match to Liaoning.
It is the platform for the rocket launchers (SRBOC?)

Great progress being made. three modules added in 3-4 days - wow that seems very fast. How does that compare with modular builds of vessels by other nations - US, France and UK for example?

maybe it's just my old eyes but that does not seem to be very similar to Kutz class but it could just be because we're still in the very early stages of construction.
Of course if that's the case than I stand corrected because I'd assumed 001A would be relatively similar to CV 16.
It would be a very nice surprise not to mention a very bold move by PLAN to have their first indigenous carrier a true flattop and not modeled after Kutz's bones.

That is exactly what it is. A modified Kuznetsov class. With better internal arrangements and if we are lucky perhabs a slightly wider deck and a smaller island structure.
