I tried to identify all those presented guns... Pardon my horrible English. :)

Upper line, hanging:
Submachine gun, probably named QCW-number, caliber 9x19 mm (variant of export CS/LS7)
Assault rifle with short barrel QBZ-192, caliber 5,8x42 mm
Assault rifle with long barrel QBZ-191, caliber 5,8x42 mm
Compact handgun QSZ-193, caliber 9x19 mm (completely new design)
Full-size handgun QSZ-92A, caliber 9x19 mm (upgrade of QSZ-92)
Suppressed variant of QSZ-92A, probably named QSW-number, caliber 9x19 mm

Lower line, standing:
Ultra-light machine gun QBB-191 or QJB-191, caliber 5,8x42 mm (derived from QBZ-191)
Squad light machine gun QJS-161, caliber 5,8x42 mm (probably inspired by FN Minimi)
General purpose machine gun QJY-201, caliber 7,62x51 mm (probably inspired by FN MAG)
Designated marksman rifle QBU-191 or QBV-191, caliber 5,8x42 mm (derived from QBZ-191)
Sniper rifle QBU-203, caliber 7,62x51 mm (probably derived from export CS/LR35)
Sniper rifle QBU-202, caliber 8,6x70 mm (probably derived from export CS/LR35)
Anti-material rifle QBU-201, caliber 12,7x108 mm (probably derived from export AMR-2)

Shouldn't that be the QBU instead? It's a DMR.

What is going on with China's gatling guns??? China keeps on showing those pretty footage of new gatling guns under development and display samples of new gatling guns during expos yet the they seem to never get into service with the PLA? What happened to the previous hwa-ching minigun? what happened to the previous gatling gun that had this nice film of it firing from a mengshi?

Those were all export. Not meant for PLA.
