China should just start their own international scientific jounals.
We definitely have. Some of them started out really easy to publish in with impact factor 3 or less, then in 2-3 years became picky as hell with the score shooting to 10 or 15 or so. I was part of this; I published a review with ease in 2017 or so. Wrote up a part 2 (usually, Part 2s get favorable consideration for publication) in 2020 and had to jump through so many loops the second time I could get job security death threats from circus animals.

经过近十五年的持续思考和探索,浙江大学高分子系高超教授团队最新工作提出“分域剪切多流场”方法,在氧化石墨烯凝胶纤维中实现微纤亚单元的液晶织构,当纤维凝固干燥时,氧化石墨烯分子在每个微纤单元内限域折叠。区别于传统氧化石墨烯分子在纤维结构中的无序折叠和堆积,微纤限域具有折叠细晶特点,大幅减少并减小了石墨烯间的微孔缺陷,形态由扁平粗孔变为针状细孔。在25℃室温催化还原下,限域折叠的石墨烯纤维表现出优异的拉伸强度(5.19GPa)和模量(529GPa),导热率、导电率分别达到232W/mK和120S/cm,同时具有92%的碳含量,实现了室温制备高性能石墨烯基碳纤维

团队为控制缠结提出了两项实用方案:适当提高曝光后烘烤温度,抑制聚合物缠结,减少大团聚体生成;优化显影工艺,让晶圆表面始终有连续液膜,使其可以带走聚合物,避免其沉积。两种方案结合,12英寸晶圆表面的光刻胶残留物引起的图案缺陷被成功消除,缺陷数量降幅超过99%。
