If you add HK and Macau to China's total then you get almost 300 papers.

Notice the total lack of Taiwan. India gets less than HK alone! I'm also surprised that Spain is missing.
Why is it suprising? Spain never was a huge scientific country and they are weak in CS. I am more surprised that Macau has 3 accepted papers, that's a lot for an entity with such a tiny population and primarily tourism\gambling focused economics without a strong scientific base.

Talent spillover along with cooperation with mainland China.

I don't know its past history, but the University of Macau has been quite active working with their mainland peers in R&D these days.

There were bunch of folks who analyzed the NeurIPS+ICML papers (most prestigious) from America, and the configuration of researchers by their place of birth and undergraduate was

America ~ 35%
China ~ 33%
India ~ 12%
Europe ~ 10%
Iran ~ 4%

So, ~50% of all the elite-tier AI scientists in America are from China+India+Iran.

China Science Daily writes about the first 5 national parks in China and the discussion of building the parks to strike a balance between conservation and development.

In Oct. 2021, China created the country's first 5 national parks, namely:

),

The total area of these 5 national parks is about 230 thousand of sqkms, already greater than the total area of all the 60 national parks of the US.

In the future, the National Forestry and Grassland Administration will decide for about 50 more national parks. By then, the total area of all national parks in China will take as much as 10% of the country's land space.

I'm surprised at Israel's low number. I thought they were supposed to be good at the comp sci.
