New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) in China

Guys, have you bought an electric vehicle? or do you plan to buy an electric vehicle in the foreseeable future? If yes, what brand, what model and why?

For me, living in a country where infrastructure for electric vehicle isn't available, owning an all electric vehicle is not so practical. However, owning it as a second car is OK. We may drive it within its 'combat radius' and charge it at home. If I am to go full electric and since I already have a gas burner for all the rational purposes, then the electric car that I may choose must be sleek and exceptional. The choice is obvious -- Human Horizons' HiPhi-X!

I don't where to put this. Since he's about EV, so I decide to put it in this EV thread:

What does he really want to mean?
The meaning of the poem is basically people or brothers (people of the same root ) should not act against each other, for what he really means, could be an act to impress the Chinese for PR, while avoiding negative sentiment from your average western audience, more brand image for EV I assume, but really what most customer cared about Tesla in China is the poor interior design and risks of the brake malfunction and some other quality issues, which made domestic EV like BYD Han looks like Michelin meals served at Costco price

The famous three kingdoms era poem by cao zhi when his brother cao pi wanted to kill him. It was said the latter was so touched by it he let him live in the end.

As for musk, not sure why he suddenly tweeted that. Most who know the significance of the old poem suggest its related to Taiwan. Chinese political figures have in the past brought this poem up.
