Marco Rubio absolutely seething over Macron's interview. He asks Europe if Macron represents them, and if yes, and Europe doesn't want to be involved in Taiwan, maybe the US should also dont help Europe on Ukraine and instead focus on Taiwan.
Hilarious stuff
Little Marco isn’t too bright. America has no chance against china, either alone or with the runts in the Quad, it needs all the bodies it can get to do the fighting and dying for Anglo America otherwise it’ll be Anglo American bodies that will be doing most of the dying, and Anglo American cities that will chernobyld.
I think the leadership must know they are vassals (IRL, some S koreans got all mad when i told them they were lol) to be used and abused. Their main problem is that they are economically dependent on the US market and tech too much. I have no doubt, the US warn these guys jokingly over a bottle of soju "you want hyundai/kia to be tarrif? you want samsung to be sanction as national security risk?"
The behaviour of lighthizer to the Japanese should’ve clued these South Koreans as to what they can expect from anglos.
It strikes me that if President Xi visits India, we can’t discount an attempt on his life by the Indians at the behest of the anglos.
In my head this is what happened. Macron is used to be bullied by Americans. Xi showed him what being respected is like and he realized what he missed all this time. But there is not much he could have done, so he just said some words. But words are powerful, and American do not tolerate that. There can be no dissents, not even symbolic. American demands 100% loyalty but there is no carrot, only stick. In other words "You will serve me for I allowed you to exist".
I am doubtful if this could shift the French foreign policy, but for any country sitting on the fence it is a convincing argument to stay away from US. There can be no American ally, only vassals.
yep, it’s Brezhnev invading Czechoslovak all over again.
Ukraine is not a monolith. You’d be surprised to know how many people on pro-Ukraine channels have a relatively moderate and unbiased view on China. But Ukraine is barely trying to keep its statehood together, so it’s not a surprise you have unhinged people like the one above running around badmouthing China. He’s a typical twitter keyboard warrior who feels emboldened by the unconditional support from the West. He has even called for sanctions against India and China. I wouldn’t take him seriously. Zelensky seems to show understanding of China’s position and that’s all that matters for now. Ignore the trolls.
stealing motor sich and Chinese money isn’t very convincing that Ukraine hasn’t thrown in completely with the Anglo American.
Macron is an abused girlfriend used to being treated roughly and wrongly, when she meets giant and gentle giga chad Xi she realises what a decent relationship is like lol.
Could go the other way, like india and the Philippines who were abused and beaten and raped but when treated decently by a gentleman like China, they react angrily because they think it means china thinks it’s better than them.
It's only a matter of time that the US would regain their manufacturing base but it'll take at least a generation or two. But first, the US really needs to purge the parasites infesting the bureaucracy.
The US has the misfortune of having ethnic factions fighting for their own ”gibs” as opposed to the benefit of the nation. You have factions only promoting and prioritising black Americans over others, a side effect of the US elite strategy of castrating the black nationalist movement by co-opting black Americans into the civil service. The biggest eg being Obama who later promoted his own minions into power such that Trump began a systematic purge of Obamas legacy, such as tearing up the Iran deal.
manufacturing wise, reshoring is one thing, being able to compete globally entirely another, being able to compete in China the worlds only market that matters after the trade war… you’re just throwing good money after bad, hence why these companies are demanding federal funding and gibs, eg US semiconductor firms and TSMC.
It's only a matter of time before India receives the business end of The Big Stick. At the end of the day, money is all that matters. It'll be interesting to see how Indian nationalists spin this.
it’s another design by the anglos to dominate India, if they win, they can dump their grains onto the Indian market and render Indians dependant on western controlled grain, and if India is not being a good sepoy slave, that food dries up and the mouths with feet will revolt.
Tunisia famously was the first victim of the Arab spring because of rising bread prices, so what the Tunisian President said recent about the IMF is significant
Wasn't the old saying that the CIA was "Catholics in Action"?
The CIA is comprised of mormons who learn foreign languages and travel at a young age, and where their entire religion is American exceptionalism and white supremacism. According to their teachings, Africans were not considered human, worthy of heaven until the 70s.
The FBI tends to select those with deontological moral frameworks ie hard good vs evil values systems and Catholics in America fit that profile.
Tesla to build another factory in China, so chances are there’s a significantly large proportion of US elites who don’t expect war to break out, or if it does, to be localised. Question is, have they miscalculated?
Either way, they’re behaving as though China is going to be the pivot of the world in the future.
