The west is bragging about having complete access to Russia intelligence and military infrastructure- I'm surprised 15 months Russia hasn't managed to plug the leaks- assuming its real.

Someone explain this logic to me!? If it were true, why would the West brag and confirm that it has access to Russian intelligence instead of denying it in order to maintain that access in the future!?

I think this is a bluff by the US to try to bring turmoil to the Russian military leadership.
