Figures are published at the end of July... so @localizer 's figures should be yet another estimate.
In addition, the phrase "seasonally adjusted" is usually added to American figures to take care of the problem raised by @manqiangrexue .
Seasonally adjusted is not a standard method for comparison with other economies. Anyone can do it to take into local and national conditions. And local and national condition varies. ie: Christmas in Christian countries or Ramadan in Muslim countries will affect calendars differently. So the OECD defination is the standard method.
Manqiang or others here are asking whether is annualised or not. It did not mention seasonally affected data.
