This looks like the actions of well trained terrorists. They don't come as refugees. More likely to be born in France.
But it might well be the result of French early support for terrorists acting in Syria and then fulling back, just as 9/11 was blow back from US support for mujahideen
fighting in Afghanistan and then forgetting them when the Afghan state was destroyed.

Actually the mantra of this about refugees crisis in Europe has to do with some groups of native Europeans have an issue "Muslims invading" in their home country as more of them would settle and assimilate can possibly trigger home grown terrorists.

I'm also of the opinion that whoever these terrorists are/were, they most likely are home grown 2nd generation French Algerian/Moroccan/Syrians.
We shall see. Their identities will most likely be revealed in the coming days. Assuming that is the case, then I say there are definitely giant gaps in the French intelligence service and they need to better beef it up!
