Mexico is a non-factor; cartels are motivated by quick-money, not politics; they fight, each other, over money, not politics! The majority of Mexicans don’t come to the U. S. for politics; they come to work in order to feed their three children, buy trucks, and buy beer! There’ll be no insurgent revolutions in the U. China’s best move would be to support and encourage AmeriKKKan etho-nationalist racist movements, particularly those with Evangelical Christian window-dressings. Those are the greatest threat to what little political cohesion remains in the U. S. Or, they could contribute to the campaigns of the oldest politicians in the U. The Italian defence minister claims that joining BRI has not been able to help Italy balance trade with China. That makes the current Italian government want to withdraw.

Foxconn declined a $19.5 billion JV deal to sign a $194 million investment deal India. First, that is a huge downgrade. Second, Foxconn is investing in Tamil Nadu, an Indian state run by an opposition party, not the BJP. That dead $19.5 billion JV deal was supposed to setup a massive chipmaking plant in Gujarat, Modi's home state. For me, that says alot.
