The U.S. Air Force’s RC-135U reconnaissance plane was in China. Under the pursuit and interception of the Air Force "Falcon 1", a very real aerial "cat and mouse game" was staged. The RC-135U reconnaissance aircraft was "throated" time and time again.
It is not a bad piece of disinformation, designed to confuse and warn the others American friendly nations.
As we all know, no one can trust the Americans to tell the truth, so if the Chinese make a claim like this, then who will believe the American reassurances?
--------- --------- ----------
This is how we know it is dezinformatsiya, or we probably can believe it is dezinformatsiya.
Once I saw on the internet, the Russians were making fun of the Jade Rabbit moon probe. Why would they do that? Maybe to make light of it, so that no one in Russia starts talking about the good old days of the Soviets space probes. How come the Chinese got one, and we don't got one, sort of thing. Distract the people from asking uncomfortable questions.
That is the purpose of dezinformatsiya, to try to make the masses believe in one thought, at that particular time. The Jade Rabbit, the Russians did not want to talk about it, in case someone makes a comparison. That's fine.
How the Russians made light of the Jade Rabbit, they claimed that the Jade Rabbit sounded funny in Russian. But here at this point, it was obvious this dezinformatsiya was dezinformatsiya, because the Russians deliberately used a wrong name for the Jade Rabbit. I forget what it was, but it was wrong. It was not correct.
Why use a wrong name, in official Russian publication, to describe the Jade Rabbit? Maybe it is to trick the Russian masses to not to take the Jade Rabbit seriously, and thereby they can avoid the topic altogether.
In this story, we have the Communist Chinese "Falcon-1" doing all sorts of maneuvers against American tech, and the Chinese had the better tech.
That should be dezinformatsiya, simply because of the fake name used, it sure seems fake.
But, with the American track record, who will believe American denials or reassurances, when the Americans say they are still ahead and not behind in this topic of military electronic warfare, people will be willingly tricked.
After all, what was the US government war against Huawei 5G all about?
Just my 2 cents, this is fairly effective dezinformatsiya effort by the Chinese. The target audience can be tricked, and some in the target audience knows this is disinformation but on other topics they know too it will not be disinformation. So it kind of works two ways, on the ignorant and on the informed. Hehe.
