There you have it, the average (idiotic) thought process of many Jai Russians. That leaked FSB report is looking more and more genuine.
I gave short summary from what i read based on what comes up in Arab sources and they know this Europe like no one else.
I doubt Russians thought process is idiotic when dealing with this scale of challenge. Putin is relying on Soviet Poet and putting him on the top because it is far beyond art and It gives him answers to complex problems.

Putin called Gamzatov's poems a textbook of life

Rasul Gamzatov's legacy goes far beyond art, it is rather a life textbook where you can find answers to the most acute and sensitive questions," Putin said, emphasizing that the scale of his artistic thinking is simply astounding.
Speaking at the gala concert, Putin called Gamzatov "the people's poet." "A faithful son of the ancient Avar people, the soul of Dagestan, and of all of Russia - he was and remains the brightest star of Russian culture.

Hey brother ansy1968, thought of something from that semiconductor thread. I am no expert at this stuff, just glad I do not get banned from the thread, lol!
You're are humble as ever bro, A pure breed Chinese. ;)
You know what, I wanted to say something to you about this, regarding SMIC and the Koreans, as what moderator Huang posted today, was truly significant, and it did not hit me until later.

SMIC foundry is as big as Samsung foundry in terms of revenue.

We know what means. The Koreans are in deep doodoo.
Korea problem is structural especially when Samsung control 22% of SK GDP, Chaebols are useful during the early stage of industrialization as Korea with limited resources need to fund the Champion of industry to leap frog their development. Now with success breed complacency and the oligarchy family which control the government had little stomach for reform.

And, this is where the plot thickens, there is a new leadership in South Korea, the leftist who always hated the Americans. That is the point that most people do not understand about the Koreans. The Koreans kind of hate or dislike everybody, including the Americans. The Chinese do not care if the Koreans hate them, because that is how it has always been.

So Xi Jinping will make Lee Jae-ymund an offer, which will be a demand for them to break away from the Americans in terms of tech sanctions in all forms, otherwise we will allow the market to take its course, or let nature take its course in semiconductors industry.

If SMIC is already about to surpass Samsung, just wait until a fully vertically integrated player in semiconductors like Huawei comes online. Now it is a state secret, that is not so secret.

Break away from the Americans, and you will always have market access to your biggest market, or go take your chances.

It is going to get interesting, starting now!

:eek::p
Korea salvation is Beijing, you have to include the Japanese and the whole ASEAN in the mix. What the American are doing is destroying the dependency of its vassal that is crucial for continuing its hegemonic dominance. And here FROM BEIJING POV, it want the US to stay involved, it may sound incredible BUT China will not assume the responsibility of replacing the US. Trump for whatever fault he has is correct in his America First Strategy, thinking her vassal as parasitic that consume the inner soul of the American people.

For me I want this competition with the American to continue forever, as we compete not only we become stronger BUT from the eyes of the world an inspirational worthy of imitation. Maybe this time we may Sinicized the whole world and make it better unless the Chinese Chauvinistic take over and have another hundred years of Humiliation.

And one more thing bro, once the semiconductor sector had been indigenized , I will breakup Huawei to inspire more competition or championed another company to compete with them.

Coz they keep mudslinging without stopping? This is amplified by the fact there are 700 million of them on the internet in the English speaking space. Everyone has a limit to their patience. There's a reason why their rep has gotten to this point. You can look at this forum and see anti-India sentiment isn't exactly limited to me.

I find it rather unfair we are supposed to put up with this and think like its just nothing. Its not productive to care what they say but its hard to ignore with the scale they are doing it. India considers China an enemy and if twitter is an indication of anything, even a lot of those "western" accounts that are bashing China and its people could be actually run by Indians. While I have stated soft power is overrated, reputation still is something and they are working hard to try to attack it on spaces that China cannot even access to counter them. Sometimes they even try to say they actually speak for us and we can't say anything coz of muh ccp. Considering how they have banned 8000 accounts during Sindoor, it makes it even more offensive coz they want to attack you freely but cry for censorship when its their turn to get hit.

I was looking at videos of Sanda which has grown in popularity because people can see it is working in the UFC. And then there was this comment saying, ackshully this is Indians teaching China how to fight coz the shaolin temple was allegedly found by some Indian so China should know who their father is. While its a minor comment that can be laughed at, imagine everywhere you go these sort of things pop up when you are not even actively looking for stuff with India. They will eventually get to you. I can simply choose not to watch Palki Sharma videos but its much harder to control going somewhere else and they still show up. A lot of times I have noticed, when India has some supposed achievement, the first thing they say is, I bet China is feeling jealous and nervous right now! Like the thing is about India yet they still manage to take a swipe at China and its people. When Huawei makes advancements, most of us would go this a new development for China's semiconductor industry and a proud achievement. Whatever the west thinks is not really that important compared to China's progress.

I know people in the Philippines bash China yet I don't care. There are way less of them and also as much as the country is hostile to China, I would argue they don't seem to show the same level hate by making every waking moment to bashing China and its people in every space of the internet. They have a lot of other things to care about.

There has to be a balance between correcting their misinfo but also not getting personally offended. I recommend you use the block button liberally. If you do comment, do not read the replies. And finally as @manqiangrexue alluded to, you need to be so self-confident about China's trajectory and achievements, that Indian slander doesn't matter. China dominates India and it's self-evident. The Indian cope is their way of being complacent without actually competing, you can't steal that privilege from them, but you can control your reaction to it.

Speaking of Sanda, with Wang Cong winning her last fight, China now has 4 ranked UFC fighters and of course 1 UFC champion. This unironically makes it one of the strongest Asian MMA countries at the highest levels right now despite being quite late to the game and not having a warrior culture. Something that should be noted is every fighter now or before that became ranked out of China has a Sanda base.

Not too long ago there was some narrative that China was somehow against MMA coz it exposed their fairy tale Kung Fu or whatever. Yet Sanda which is literally state supported has pulled through and there is even a UFC performance institute in Shanghai. Someone like Zhang Weili is a huge star in China. This is a demonstration of how pure hard results can crush narratives. But more importantly it shows how China can come across something new and embrace it contrary to what people think.

While there is a long way to go before competing with the big boys like Russia, Brazil and of coz the US, it shows it can be done and its not impossible. One thing that is lacking though is the coaching and gyms in China are still quite bad. I believe all the ranked fighters as well as the champ train overseas.
To fight Bullies you need to learned Sanda which I did, I learned it the hard way using Taekwando, it look fanciful and fun in a sport setting BUT man it hurt a lot in street fighting especially when your opponent know how to throw an effective punch.

It obviously isn't official LAPD policy to prioritize nonlethal fire against accredited journalists minding their own business — especially with cameras rolling — yet here we are.

With Trump behind them, the LAPD now feels emboldened to openly taunt mainstream media, an industry that a disproportionate percentage of local American police view with hostility and distrust.

The governor of California Gavin Newsom and mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass are openly hostile to Trump and trying to bar ICE from conducting (aggressive) ERO raids in their jurisdictions, but if Trump can convince local law enforcement — who often harbor resentment towards their elected bosses — to support his Trumpian exercise of federal supremacy over states' rights, then these riots may not only spread to other cities, but could very well persist for some time.

Apparently all of ONE FC champions that come from the Philippines are from Team Lakay which is a Sanda focused gym. Its amazing how few people know of it. Even in China more people know about stuff like wing chun or whatever than Sanda which is ashame because they have a strong opportunity to promote an art that actually works.

Since then, according to the document, the F.S.B. observed China doing just that. Chinese intelligence agents stepped up efforts to recruit Russian officials, experts, journalists and businesspeople close to power in Moscow, the document says.
To counter this, the F.S.B. instructed its officers to intercept the “threat” and “prevent the transfer of important strategic information to the Chinese.” Officers were ordered to conduct in-person meetings with Russian citizens who work closely with China and warn them that Beijing was trying to take advantage of Russia and obtain advanced scientific research, according to the document.
The F.S.B. ordered “the constant accumulation of information about users” on the Chinese messaging app WeChat. That included hacking phones of espionage targets and analyzing the data in a special software tool held by a unit of the F.S.B., the document says.

Pardon? Does current Russia have any tech worth "steal" by China?

I can understand China develops spies in Europe & US, but in Russia ?!
