because troops are struggling with the high-altitude conditions, it has been claimed.
Dozens of unmanned vehicles capable of carrying both weapons and supplies are being sent to Tibet, Indian media reports, with the majority deployed in border regions where Chinese troops are locked into a standoff with Indian soldiers.

Vehicles include the Sharp Claw, which is mounted with a light machinegun and can be operated wirelessly, and the Mule-200, which is designed as an unmanned supply vehicle but can also be fitted with weapons.

Don't we just love these kinds of garbage that the Western and Indian media likes to put out. China deploys armed robots at the borderlands = Chinese soldiers weak. But if the Indians were the ones doing it, it'll be praised as 'high-tech', 'giving India an edge over China', or 'Jai Hind!'.

Let them call it weakness. For the China, its called efficiency.

It's from WION. Therefore straight to the dump.
Most sober Indians are just too angry at the shoddy modernization of Indian military and they are witnessing the ever growing qualitative gap with PLA. The fact that China manages to do all this despite being thousands of miles away from population centers is telling more .
I'm guessing China will start to move more assets to the plateau to keep up and build the pressure. But it depends on what India will do after this development.

If India places orders for similar systems, then we will see China pump it up. The idea would be to drain India.

It is absolutely shocking, just how much the Western Media is capable of enormous amounts of Misinformation.
I am 100 percent sure, that the Idiot British 'Journalist' who wrote that shit article is very well-aware that Wion news is a propaganda site and that the Wion narrative is completely out of of touch with facts, but still chooses to go along and publish such bullshit narratives. Anything to smear and belittle China.

PLA should consider releasing some more Pictures and footage from Galwan, to embarrass the Indians, and shut up news sites like Wion.

Do the Western world, and even more pertinently do the Indians, really believe that living in a fantasy world and drumming up make-believe stories just to make oneself feel better, will actually translate to real-world advancement or development?
My goodness, India is and will be in a worse off condition in the future. The total lack of awareness of reality is quite shocking, this trait will be a huge liability in future.

Yes.
The answer is YES.

Information warfare is a thing. Creating perception is a thing. Countries succeed when they not only create tangible results but also intangible perception in the minds of their citizens (as well as those outside). That's why India may be known as a "creaky but functioning democracy " despite it being authoritarian especially toward many minorities while China is "evil communists" despite its minorities making more money and living a better life than the most well off Indian cities.

They burn Santa Claus dummies and attack christians in India

But apparently China is oppressive towards religious minorities despite its Christmas, Eid celebrations similar to christian or muslim nations. The world truly is strange.

It's a coping mechanism, that's why superhero movies are becoming more and more popular in the west. However, calling the sky red does not make it so.

The world indeed is truly strange.

India gets a pass from the West for almost anything. Burning Santa Claus effigies, attacking Christians, attacking Muslims, Indian soldiers gunning down innocent minorities, and Hindutva members taking a pledge to kill Muslims complete with a Nazi Salute. Any one of these is enough to bring Western sanctions and outrage even if they were alleged to have happened in China, Russia or Iran.

The US and the West organized a boycott on exports from Xinjiang over fake forced labour claims. While the they are totally fine with Indian exports made with actual child labour, and de-facto slave labour.

When a British newspaper starts regurgitating BS from WION, its further confirmation that the Western media has totally lost the plot. CNN last year started this idiot ball rolling by claiming from Indian sources, that the Indian military has the edge over China. Maybe in the future we might see the word 'Jai Hind!' being printed repeatedly in these Western trash media. After all, they are increasingly hiring more and more Jai Hind contributors.

I find the article kind of strange. The head lines claimed "China replaces 'soldiers with robots' in Tibet as soldiers ‘fleeing’ in harsh winters". But the entire article was only about "China is sending machine gun-wielding robots to the frontier to exacerbate the situation.
According to Indian media reports......"

So the Daily Mail was reporting the article from Wion news that was " according to Indian media reports."
So the robots are there because the Chinese soldiers are "fleeing" or to exacerbate the situation? Maybe there are no robots because there are no proofs, just Wion made up b's and Daily Mail is playing along.
