This is not even a blurry satellite image anymore, just a bunch of dots on a map, pretty much everyone can concoct this thing. Who can verify this? What's the condition before and after this? What's the context of it? Where is indian's position as a comparison? But oh well guess we should just forget about those and believe you and your 'neutral evidences', right?

You think you find a jackpot with this so much so that you want to reopen the debate but with even shittier evidences than last time about galwan? Well the US leveraged PRC against the USSR during the Sino-Soviet split. China took in all the weapons they sold to China (and made good use out of all opportunities) while it did nothing to work against the USSR in any genuine way. India only received a bit of flak after nuclear weapon test but has always had pretty open access to weapons. It would need to make the majority of its country into much more productive workers before an industrial revolution can begin. It's got pockets of technical mastery - space, nuclear energy, some MIC aspects, but overwhelmingly empty in the commercial side. It's just a small proportion of Indians who are being productive vs a fair majority of Chinese. There are certain things Mao's revolution did for China that hasn't taken place yet in India.

“Never underestimate friends or enemies”. Appears India is determined to defend its borders/territory. A past War several years ago with the India is no indication that victory will again be assured. There are presently new military alignments. Let there be a Peaceful border settlement. No country wins in a War or continued hostilities. There will be chaos & nations & people on both sides will suffer. “Pride goes before a fall”.

Do they really think that China cares souch about Indian ground troops. It can even bring 1,000,000 troops and it would still not be afraid. Lets see how India can supply these troops on these mountains lol

What is "victory"?
If getting every piece of land China claimed was to be judged as the most important factor for a "victory" then why didn't China do it when it had the chance?

I'm of the impression that victory for China and victory for India are two different things. It has to be considered, given the dynamics of the new century, that victory means to have your opponent be on the back foot.
A peaceful border settlement seems quite distant as India's claim to the regions is a map handed down to them from the British and China's claim to the regions are history books from its age of empires.

Realistically, I'd like both to be frenemies as they are incompatible cultures and people. Even after borders are settled, India and China will clash due to rivalries in other spheres. China has been cognizant of this for some time.

Let's see if India makes a move to grab the 20% with the 50,000 more troops. Bloomberg article makes it sound like it will have the option of invading into China proper. I doubt China would even allow India to get de facto control over the 20%, to say nothing of "allow Indian commanders more options to attack and seize territory in China if necessary". At least the reporting is relatively honest.

In all seriousness it looks like India is sending in more men to supplement the already massive garrison of troops on the border, partly in response to China's expansion of military installations well within China's side of LAC and line of control.

Would be more interested to see the equipment India has been moving to the border rather than more men. How many more fighters are being stationed there compared to months ago? How many more pieces of artillery and armoured vehicles? India has plenty of people to move around but a real indicator of escalation would be equipment and expansion to facilities to accommodate equipment and logistics for sustained fighting.
