India is part of the quad alliance. However, AFAIK none of the other members of the quad has offered military assistance to india in this crisis. The US president has even offered to mediate betwen india and china.

Does anyone knows what is the real strength of the quad as an organization ?

Real strength depends on who they face. If it's some little guy like Libya, quad gang-bang time. If it's China or Russia, the other 3 whistle and look away as one gets his ass beaten into a shade of baboon red.

You see it didn't take long. The headline from SCMP is screaming at you. Propaganda at it's ugly best.

India-China border: Tibetans at Pangong Tso race to help amid warnings military face-off could take ‘any trajectory’
  • Families of those who fled after Beijing sent troops into Tibet in 1950 are now helping New Delhi supply its forward bases in the icy heights of Ladakh
  • Soldiers from both sides are reportedly in eyeball-to-eyeball proximity as foreign ministers Wang Yi and S. Jaishankar are expected to meet in Moscow

I think this article was before the meeting and the 5 point consensus. India does look like its standing down though, both Hindustan Times and Times of India dont have LAC on the front pages today for the first time in months. Again, I'India has been a wasteful distraction from the big issue.

Please stop pretending to know what you're talking about. Committing mass troops in focused areas is exactly how breakthroughs happen, by establishing local superiority. That's how maneuver warfare works. I would think that your "Waffen-SS" would understand this basic concept of "Blitzkrieg" which it had been promising us
Wrong again. Thanks for proving you have zero idea of LOC. In some sectors (for both countries) defensive setup by the opposite side are so comprehensive is that no space for offensive manuever is there unless the attacking force is ready for 10000 casualties

I think Modi trying to attack China using Tibetan separatism is a foolish mistake.

Internal issues are a red line for China. I really wonder what China would do. Maybe China will stir up some trouble in the 7 sister states
NE insurgency (7 sister states) has completely collapsed.
Just compare casualties in 2020 (add 3 causlties to SFs) with casualties in 1997:

The PLA did not take all of the ridgeline positions because it knew there would be no way to hold all of those posts over the winter, with the exception of a few bunkers on the ridgeline of Finger 4. Most of the positions it has taken are on flat terrain, easily accessible by ATV on roads newly built this summer. Indian troops may have reached the ridgeline overlooking some PLA positions higher up on Finger 4, but looking at the terrain it will take superhuman effort to supply any real garrison, not to mention there is no shelter on the ridgelines either.
We have supplied far higher posts on Siachen

By 2008, your army had already fenced 74% of the LOC (550km out of 740) and probably more since then. That's a sheer defensive mindset. If you disagree, than why did you just lose 1000 sq.km of your territory without even attempting to get it back? If your 'superpower Wafen-SS' military is trained and equipped for aggressive maneuver warfare, then go get your claimed land back.
