You know he has a point... PLA planners, logistics and medical personnel will be horrified by the potential number of POWs they will have to treat, feed, clothe and shelter

I speculated that it's gonna be the sense of camaraderie from the PLA being the original army of the proletariat that might soften the response. Never consider that Rahul has such multidimensional strategy.

Well yea hence the horrific logistics challenge and if I may take this chance to add to my original point... the Planner that suggest going into that mess would probably be fired for failing to realise that the farmers, workers and labourers will be at the front and not working thus tanking what's left of their economy. Why spend money to destroy the enemy when they will happily do it for you themselves...

Chinese state media says the construction took place within Chinese territory.

And it looks pretty darn nice too.

I can only imagine Indian villagers looking at their neighbors getting brand new houses.

I really don't understand the Indian and their media. That village don't sprung up overnight... From the looked of it and the size of it, building something like that (infrastructure, sewer system, running water and electricity, building roads leading to it, etc), took months... Why didn't the Indian make a pint of noise. When the village is up and running, suddenly they are yapping, "see! The evil CCP is building a village on our land!" Are the media trying to show the world in incompetency of Indian Intelligence or the Indian simply just want to take what was not theirs, especially with those things looked that pretty?

They either have really bad intel or are just waiting for the right moment to rile up the populace.

And during that time, more and more Indian's are being forced into the poverty line or under and more and more people are dying from covid (I mean the situation is so bad that they have given up reporting on them hoping to whatever god is there that will magically get rid of it via yoga or something). So they are either very crazy or they just plan don't care but I wonder when on earth will the poor in India rise up against this injustice or do they value there lives so little that the government can figuratively tweet anything and get away with it every since time because the India populous are a population of betas (which ties into why they don't have the balls to fight China in a real mans fight as prove last year, or else they wouldn't be complaining over lost land).
