India ought to focus on feeding it's people and ensuring the proper growth of her economy to realize it's excellent potential of becoming an economic powerhouse in Asia rather than going on some quixotic and futile exercise in playing this regional power nonsense trying to compete with China in the most destructive ways. Resolve their border issues with her neighbors including China so that it can properly focus it's limited capital into the areas of the economy where it can play a pivotal role in helping achieve their Superpower aspirations otherwise going to war with China will set them back decades in terms of future development and economic independence.

We should drop this offtopic talk about Philippines so that we dont have this wonderful thread locked again

It would be a shame if this thread was locked if when more videos are released in the near future
@Overbom wait bro can I interject just to point out the Filipinos love affair for being a BANANA...Lol, all your view are correct sad to say BUT a big BUT, there is a shift going on just like in geopolitical arena, it is also happening here. It happen years ago, as more Filipinos work abroad so is the abuses and discrimination, these OFW when they go home they see our situation and able to relate. These kind of news and sentiment are not reported cause the establishment don't want to tackle the core structural issue which is to open up the economy for competition and investment. Our society is still based on feudal in the countryside and oligarchy in general. That shift is why Duterte won the election and the cascading effect is that the society in general had woken up. As China grow in prominence so is her soft power, demonizing only work when the subject is an actual fact, constant repetition lessen the effect as people had mind and thinking to discern. So with Vietnam , SK, JPN and even us, you see them declare their neutrality in the US China competition, a realization even the oligarchy elite here had understand, with Washington having troubled at home, they need to find a new patron and here the Chinese had a hard choice, will they accommodate them for smooth transition or they will practice what they preach and not intervene.

This tweet serves a useful purpose. We regularly hear news of India "improving infrastructure" in places where nobody lives, while the places where Indians actually live are in complete dilapidation. We also frequently hear news of India purchasing yet another overpriced foreign weapon, the next of which @twineedle will hastily post here as if it means anything to the broader balance of power or even comes close to accomplishing his much narrower goal of shifting the conversation away from the incessant military humiliation India is suffering.

You might wonder where India gets the money for all this. After all, foreign weapons and foreign construction equipment (neither of which India can produce) aren't cheap. This is where:

The Indian government is literally taking food out of the mouths of Indians to pay for its vanity projects. The article also reveals the Indian government's (wholly expected) response: denial. One wonders what the reaction of the "free" media in India will be to this.

BBC news is reporting about latest video.
amazing how deluded the Indian elite and common people are.

They are asking their people to not share the video so it does not go viral to make it less true.
They value perception more than reality.

good luck to them in delusion of superpawa india. keep on posting superpawa India and make it viral and spiritually true.
