the statement is correct.

from Argentina to continue along the path of the JF-17 blkIII, the chosen engine will be the WS-13, since Russian logistics are considered unreliable at this time of international sanctions due to the conflict with Ukraine.

it is a fact that the Mig-35 was directly ruled out of competition for this problem.

That is not how military planning workings. Engines designs are very rarely changed on platforms during their lives and when they are - they have always failed to provide the required outcomes.

PAF will stick with the RD0-93 series for the JF17 - no matter "how good" Chinese engines get. A re-engine project is not a priority for PAF's limited and overstretched resources.
We will see. It's a matter of time

That the Argentine option is with WS-13 does not respond to Argentine media, but to the official response to the Argentine Congress by the Argentine Air Force. Giving more entity to a media outlet than to the requests for reports from the National Congress itself is childish.

That is true but the speculation here is that if Argentina does buy a new fighter (new as in new to Argentina so refurbished F-16s are possible), it will be JF-17 with WS-13 engines or some variant of WS-13 engine aka WS-21 (speculated to be the modernised and improved WS-13 post WS-13E).

The probability of Argentinian JF-17 with RD-93 variant is less likely compared to being equipped with a Chinese engine. Reason is supply for one matter and the other is WS-21 would certainly be considerably better than any RD-93. It is after all, an engine developed with the advantages of technologies from the 2010s/2020s as opposed to an upgrade to a 1970s engine which while suitable enough for PAF's JF-17s when the JF-17 program delivered in the 2000s, they only had a rudimentary WS-13 (RD-33 copy) as an alternative option in case India was able to block Russia from supplying Pakistan with the RD-93 for PAF.

This isn't the case or the same issues when it comes to Argentina's tender. The WS-13 has been developed in full and matured. It previously had no real purpose other than offering a half baked paper alternative for Pakistan as a political excuse for Russia to sell Pakistan the RD-93. In that time, China has applied the WS-13 (or at least some part of its technology) towards GJ-11, albeit without afterburners. The WS-13 was used for FC-31/J-35 prototypes and the WS-21 (assumed improved WS-13's new designation) will be the engine for the J-35 until the WS-19 is ready (again these are assumptions since WS-19 may be soon enough to readiness that WS-21 stopgap is less necessary for the J-35 platform).

Argentina should get the J-10. Given the large area they have to cover with their fighters something like the JF-17 makes little sense I think. And Brazil is going to replace their F-5 fighters with the Gripen NG. So it is not like they would be entering some sort of weapons race with their neighbours. When the competition for this sale initially started the J-10 had never been exported. But now that is not the case anymore.

I know, I'm aware of everything. Cheers

The J-10s were denied to Argentina. Our country had greater interest in them than in FC-1.
