The Chinese offer to Argentina for FC-1 is based on the evolution of the WS-13, whose power delivery range is similar to that promised by the RD-93MA. And this propulsion system will soon be adopted by Pakistan for its JF 17 B3 fleet. Cheers

Where is this from, that the WS-13 will be "adopted by Pakistan for its JF 17 B3 fleet"? In fact I have no such information.

That you don't know doesn't mean anything. It is a matter of time and you will see it.

well, in fact I would like to reverse your text: that I don’t know it means indeed something - I won’t rate myself a newcomer in that scene ;) - and as such you need to back up your claim that otherwise contradicts everything we know.
Fact is, the block 3 are using still the same RD-93 engine and so far there NO sign, Pakistan will change to the WS-13.

As such, if my opinion has no value, who are you that your‘s should matter?

In fact your claim needs either an explanation or can simply be turned down as a bold but unfounded fan-boy‘s claim.

PAF will continue with the RD-93 series, and will convert over to the RD-93MA when it becomes available.

Hi at the moment whatever number are available with Russian engine with PAF is fine but later in when Chinese engine is Available to swap they will go with that coz of recently bought J10c with Chinese engines it’s a firm believe for PAF with Chinese engine technology
thank you

you mean because of the engine performance on the J10, PAF now has more confidence and trust in Chinese engines?

That is not how military planning workings. Engines designs are very rarely changed on platforms during their lives and when they are - they have always failed to provide the required outcomes.

PAF will stick with the RD0-93 series for the JF17 - no matter "how good" Chinese engines get. A re-engine project is not a priority for PAF's limited and overstretched resources.
