At current Chuhai Airshow, Hensheng Fiber Material Co from Suzhou disclosed that aerospace grade composite material, carbon fiber T800 (domestic designation HF40), will be mass produced next year, with annual production reaching thousands of tons. The company's other composite material, Hensheng pre-immersed(?) material already entered C919 project testing stage. The company is located at Jiansu, Prime Minister Weng had made a visit there.
That should no doubt be read as pre-preg, fiber material that is impregnated with polymer, so that it can be laid down, pressed and baked to achieve the product and not need to be impregnated after the cloth has been laid down on the mold.

I recall old issue of aviation week and technology,Boeing constructed large (concave?) oven same length as 747 wing . just to "cook"
large single pieces carbon fibre .

601的方案是常规布局
611是重型,601的是中等偏胖
不过两家的方案都是双发的而且都不小
说白了都是30吨级的
蒸汽弹射器在设定峰值弹射质量指标时参考了611所的意见
但是未来的海丝带主要瞄准的还是电磁弹射器和核动力航母
电磁弹射器功率可以精准的调节,而且601的大型飞翼无人机可以从电磁弹射器弹射起飞
601的歼16,歼15系列以及歼21都是很不错的
31001转正之后正式编号是歼21
还有那个L15空军正式编号是JL10

W15的整体叶盘将采用激光成型技术制造,推重比11++,最大推力170KN++
歼20的钛合金主承力构件就是采用激光成型技术制造的,各种力学指标达到甚至超过设计要求
激光成型,激光冲击强化,激光焊接,激光切割和激光探伤等等都是近年来的突破

I'm no good at translating these things. I was hoping someone else will do the honor.

In a nutshell, it says that "both 601 and 611 institutes will be bidding for the Naval 5th Gen. fighter next year. And the Navy's requirments include all 4 S's..."

And 611's proposal will be based on the J-20, while 601's sounds like a navalized and enlarged J-21? J-21 will be the name when SAC 31001 becomes an official PLA project. Both proposals would be of a 30-ton class fighter.

And the use of lasers in the manufacturing of the WS-15's integral turbofan part (?)... and the WS-15 has a T/W ratio of 11++, and Max. thrust at 170KN++

Advice noted and thank you. But I don't believe this is fanboy stuff. What sources do you demand or expect when discussing Chinese military stuff? If you meant a web site link, there certainly is one for this. But I feel reluctant to openly share it because of the inevitable fanboy talk in such forums (You know, around each big shrimp there are always a handful or a dozen of fanboys. And I sure hate the BR type of asses anywhere, probably as much as you do)... And for those who read Chinese, they can easily find the these sites anyway. :)

P.S. I would rather have such leaks than BR type of useless "factual analyses"...

Sounds too good to be true, not even US engine can have this performance.... unless it is a one time use rocket engine lol.

Rough translation:

601 and 611 are going have competition for a naval stealth fighter next year. 611 is the J-20 platform modified for a carrier, and 601 will be a conventional layout platform. 611's is a heavy fighter, 601 is a medium sized fighter. Both will be twin engined, and both around the 30 tonne class. Something about CATOBAR requirements (I think it was something like the 611 consulted on the CATOBAR max catapult weight requirement). However, the ultimate goal is still an EMALs systems on a nuclear carrer. An EMAL's power output can be adjusted precisely. Furthermore, 601's large flying wing UAV can be launched from an EMALs. 601's J-16 and J-15, as well as the J-21 are all excellent. Once certified the 31001's (the J-31) official designation will be J-21. The L-15's official designation will be JL-10. The WS-15's compressor blades will adopt a laser manufacturing technique (?There must be a more specific and formal way to translate 激光成型技术制造). IT's T:W ratio will be 11++, and it's max thrust output will be 170 KN. The J-20's titanium alloy main load bearing structures used laser manufacturing. Many mechanical requirements were reached or exceeded. Laser strengthening, laser welding, laser cutting, laser inspection, etc were all breakthroughs made in the past few years.
