And with her speed brake extended, taxing in or out? amazing how one picture changes the scenario.

That was its taxing in. Not sure why the pilot decided to extend (I'd have used "opened" had I not seen you using "extended". I guess that would be the correct term here?). A moment after, the plane came to a full stop, the pilot opened both the side weapon bays and the main bay. This time the doors moved open a lot faster than they had been as shown in one early video clip.

Either term would be correct, many times you would say you "Popped" the speed brake, but as with landing gear or flaps, you extend or retract, raised or lowered, sometimes its just culture or dialect. I was hoping to hear you were still out and about, I was trying to get Master Delft to help me out in Cuba, if BHO were to be re-elected, please LORD NO! If I invited bd he would want to run things and I believe delft is trying to save Europe, He didn't think folks would like a dictatorship, no matter how benevolent, but hey marriage isn't so bad. I thought we could exile the castro boys to south florida an just kinda take over, one of those bloodless coup de ta thangy's. I think we could talk the Headmaster into helping bd run the Navy, might have to get a good used KittyHawk for bd? that would keep him busy? I wouldn't forget the rest of these guys either, I know they would like to play with the big boy toys. Hang in there guys, just the thoughtfull mussiings of a of a "Problem Solver"?

... Not sure why the pilot decided to extend [the speed brake]...

To (allow the ground crew to) check if it's still working properly. If you used the stuff in flight, you want to make sure afterwards nothing got damaged, no screws loosened and no hydraulics are leaking. That way you know it'll be good for the next flight. Instead of having the next guy only realize it during the next startup and then having to abort the flight.
Of course you could have the groundcrew open all that stuff with their equipment. But that way it's just much more conveniant.
If the weaponbay doors opened faster I guess this time the pilot did it using a fully powered hydraulic system, while earlier he just unlocked them and let them "fall" open with hydraulics already shut down. maybe ...
