Assuming the aircraft is assembled in Chengdu, its first flight must be in Chengdu's airfield as well. And there's no way the first flight would take place at night... simply too risky.
yea but first flight means it could be sometime else. let's not forget there were UFO sightings in china lately, though im not trying to completely credit UFOs to the J-20. also, only those within the project knew when the plane first flew, so it's definitely possible the plane flew much earlier, or one of those days no one's around, or whatever leaks were clogged up by the great firewall.
