He edited it. It seems to have said something about a new engine based on some comments
Well like Deino said it is not inconceivable that WS-15 will be available for J-20A. Next year it is I guess?

at the beginning of this year when WS-15 news heated up, Cute orca told, Engine require little polishing.Well like Deino said it is not inconceivable that WS-15 will be available for J-20A. Next year it is I guess?
As I have mentioned to others before please directly quote the source so that it can be examined directly by others. We should try to reduce the amount of telephone games played here. It impedes informational clarity.CO is hinting J-20 is getting new engine soon. it must be WS-15![]()

Yes, that's it.加速好慢..... 好在______
The acceleration is rather slow... But thankfully, (Fill-In-The-Blank)
The exact phrase written by Adorable Dolphin in his quote-post is basically this:
Yes, that's it.
Which can be translated as:
The most direct interpretation I can say is that J-20A is getting its goal engine (WS-15) soon enough. When is that soon - I'm not going to dwell on that. Though given what we know of WS-19, I think being a bit more optimistic is good.
Why the hell did I read this in a German accent?! Now I can't stop laughing about itYou WILL receive another WS-10 variant and you WILL be happy.![]()
Eh, this is just way too vague to mean anything.
Past a certain level of vagueness the information content is so low it might as well be considered a meaningless comment.Eh, I think his post does carry a bit of positive connotation in it. Maybe some bits.
Still, I wouldn't throw the "WS-15 in service by 2030" notion away until information from reputable and reliable sources are available.
A new WS-10 variant can still have value as an upgrade option for older J-20s.If this upcoming engine is the case, I'm wondering what the point of WS-10C2 would be. Would the benefit of getting more airframes out outweigh the costs of implementing two new engine designs in relatively short timeframe? Or perhaps this is more a case of 606 being finished with the newer engine sooner than expected?
