I would say no. Supercruise has not be confirmed although we all suspect that is in the pipeline. thrust vectoring is under the same status as under development. It's a great step but we are far from equal to our competitors.
It's been 5 years since J-10B TVC demonstrator performed on 2018 Zhuhai Airshow.
There are a lot of video on YouTube for you to check out how good the TVC is on J-10B TVC.
So I don't think TVC itself is a problem.
On the Yankee & Shilao member only podcast, they mentioned TVC is not a priority on J-20A as the main mission profile is to venture into distant hostile air space on its own with little support.
Thus sensor capability and subsystem redundancy in case of battle damage or malfunction are more important than TVC.
They're not expecting TVC on J-20 until subsystems become lighter weight or more thrust on WS-15 variants.
A lot of time on the podcast covering how redundancy making early batch J-20 a hassle for maintenance guy and how job become much easier in the later batch unit due to continuously improvement over the production.
The main inspiration for redundancy focus design came from the half wing F-15 able to RTB safely.
