What part of the sentence above are you taking as a hint for the WS-15?? ... only the phrase "complete body" might hint this.Does this mean the WS-15 is going to be incorporated into the J-20 soon? Obviously, such an engine would greatly boost the J-20's kinematic performance ... making the gun much more necessary.
After reading the original text from link in #5168, it is clear that he did use "完全体" which is literally "perfect body". It is a Sino-Japanese phrase in Japanese game "Digital Monster". It is not surprising that he is a fan a Japanese anime considering his name being "___sama".It is better to wait for the original (Chinese) post from Yankeesama. Before that here is my guess. In Chinese BBS, there is a phrase commonly used being "全状态". This may be the original text that might be translated by machine or human in a very strange way to "Complete body". "全状态" is literally Complete/Full (全) State (状态). Instead of "state", the translation used "body", this is the very strange part. There is no commonly used phrase that can be related to body in my imagination.
IF the original word was "全状态", then it is almost 100% certain that Yankeesama is referring to a WS-15 equipped J-20 because that phrase was always reserved to distinct with J-20 equipped with AL31 or WS10.
BTW, why is Yankeesama's word being paid so much attention?
Complete body could also refer to the "airframe" being in its final state, perhaps with a 6,000 rnd per minute gatling gun. To assume for whatever reason that implied the WS-15 would rolling out shortly on new build J-20's is utter nonsense... the WS-15 will need a prolonged developmental period very similar to the airframe in order to be considered ready for production.."Complete body" is a hard translation for the Chinese phrase for "fully ready", which lends credence to your suggestion.
