Rumours from a BBS member called "bowman" claims that the pair of J-20s spotted at Dingxin took part in Red Arrow, facing off against J-10s, J-11s, and Su-30s. The result was utter annihilation of the 3rd-gen fighters; 10 - 0 in favour of the J-20s. The 3rd-gens didn't even see the enemy before being destroyed and neither did ground control with their land-based radar.
Besides stealth technology, 'bowman' also claimed that EW measures made no impact. This would suggest that advanced signals management and LPIR technology are employed in the J-20's avionics.
People speculate it's the 14th on CD.

They were running a voice control demonstration for TV, I don't think they'd be allowed to show the actual UI on the J-20. Besides, newer J-11/15/16 variants may use the same display. Previous generations of HUD and display modules were often shared among different Chinese fighters.

Does this fellow have any sort of prior reputation of credibilty?

Cool. The supplier loves to show off their ware, used in China's latest fighter aircraft; the local television station is very proud to broadcast it. This is what I commented before on China's very transparency on military. There is no way to shut down all these, to still function as a modern society and market economy. We've seen too much of these.
