By the way ... how many truly identified different LRIP birds do we have by now:

Besides reports on 7 or even 9 aircraft, fully confirmed are at least two grey ones (one in plain grey the other in this new splinter camo) + two currently still yellow birds.

What's on the reports two weeks ago concerning two grey J-20As having left CAC ?? ... did they come back ?

To be honest I have already given up trying to count the number of J-20s that have been produced. the lack of serial numbers on the yellow birds makes it impossible to follow with the kind of sporadic and sparse pictures that we get.

Come on gents, no need to give up the ship so soon, Heh!, Heh! the last batch had 3 birds ending with 2101, no 2102 ever materialized??? so we have 2102, 2103, 2104, there may yet be a 2105 this fall as the previous batches were 4 birds??? that's the most likely scenario, unless we have some compelling reason to believe production has been ramped up.

These more advanced maneuvers would indicate that they are quite happy with the configuration and seem to have the FCS in a very good place, well done Chengdu, hopefully we will see a full display at Zuhai shortly.
