Well, notice how the missiles in the in the left bay are shorter than the originals in the right, that means they had to shrink the missiles to fit 3 in the bay, and even then it probably won't fit.

Before I say this, I should acknowledge that the image is at an angle, so this is going to be a little inaccurate. That said, I compared the missiles on either side to a separate third line in Photoshop, and all the missiles are the same length.

I think the other ones just look shorter because of said angle.

I think the middle missile can still go a bit forward. The way I see it, at that angle of view, the fins can seem to be touching but is actually a few inches from touching each other.

I don't think the military would transport this plane on a civilian flatbed without any escorts. Especially since there was no such need for the previous planes to be transported this way.
