On a lighter note, the PAF should probably ask for a slice of the pie from upcoming sales or discounts for their upcoming new units.

After all, it was their pilots who actually put the J-10CE through its paces and did the real “killing.” It just goes to show that behind every advanced machine, it’s always the skill of the men who truly matter.

You could say they’ve been the best promoters of the aircraft.... :D:D
PAF is already getting J10CE's on a killer deal (low price, long loan with low interest etc.)

Yankee actually touched on this in a different podcast. Since AVIC is the producer of the plane they can’t brag about it (cultural reason) as much as they’d like but PAF has done the plane the greatest marketing imaginable.

Isn't J-10C only entered service on 2018? why they already selling it when they still bother to upgrade J-10A with AESA and WS-10?

Indonesia source said that 2nd hand J10 was offered by PM Li Qiang during his visit.

I am inclined to believe that Indonesia wants to have J10CE quickly, 2nd hand to avoid a long queue.
It sounds funny for a nation to acquire second-hand weapon, especially aircraft, unless the nation is too poor to purchase brand-new ones. Further, does second-hand means that those are aircraft being used by PLAAF? I don't think China have tradition to sell domestic version of aircraft to any foreign user.

Forget about that part, Indonesia already have the petting zoo air force which it can't properly maintain, that's just Indonesia playing the MIC flirting game.
