According to the cjdby thread there are already 46 J-10B produced, with final numbers capped at 56, and then they will move on to J-10C, which will have the same appearance but improved avionics and AESA instead of PESA radar.

So, the only serving aircraft that have AESA right now are the J-15 and J-16. I thought the production of J-10C began in late 2013.

I thought J-11B has AESA

The J-11B and the J-15 both use planar array radars. The J-15 could have had a AESA radar but they needed the plane to go into production now and can't wait for a few more years. Perhabs the twin seated J-15S has an AESA radar. The only confirmed platforms close to production with an AESA radar at the moment is the J-16 and the J-10C. Personally I'm skeptical about the claims of the first batch of J-10B using a PESA radar instead of an AESA radar but in that regard I'm swimming against the tide so I will wait and see.

Ohhh come on ... with now a number close to two full regiments being produced, all I want is a serial number. :(
