That explosion looks small, i don't think the tank was disabled at all!
Tank maybe not, but the crew inside is probably crisp. That rear hatch is the weakest point on most Israeli armored vehicles, including the upgraded Merkavas. You can see in most videos, both the Palestinians and Hezbollah (with drones) specifically aim for that hatch. See the recent video below from Hezbollah,
