claiming AMCA will be the first with fly by light technology in a fighter (untrue and impossible to ascertain) not to mention a future fighter being discussed. Or India developing the "world's first" super low thrust 3D printed rocket engine. Well done there I suppose. Beating the others in an area that is actually totally pointless to use 3D printing for an entire engine. Full of these sorts of empty brags and will do mightiness.
You gotta be kidding me

My post was only brief and I knew what happened to the Singaporean Semi conductors industry. And its takes decades toe mature. But well I will again keep my answer brief will talk on this later.
Well there is no need to talk actually.
To have a semi conductor industry you will have to overhaul your entire education system. Without talents it's useless.
Putting nuclear reaction aside, 3 technology we consider to be crown jewel of engineering.

1. The magic cloke of jets - Radar absorbing materials
2. Crystal turbine blades - Blood line of entire aviation industry
3. Micro processors & their connecting sockets - heart bit of entire telicom industry

Without having a massive talent pool, you will never figure out the first chapter of those technology's chemistry . Throw all the money you want.

Indians are behind major chip manufacturers, weather it is in US or Europe. One can find Indian expertise and leadership. And regarding the technology to setup manufacturing plants for micro chips and design centre’s of own, India can do the following :

1) foreign collaboration for setting up manufacturing units of microchips.
2) buying smaller product based companies for setting up companies here. Most of the start ups in California are done by Indians now a days.
3) Forming joint ventures with global corporates.

India have talent and expertise, good policy making and infrastructure is needed. I think current govt. is going in right direction in this regards. With a policy in the effect.

How many universities in India teaches micro processor architecture with necessary lab setup?

The Tejas will have the Uttam radar from the 21st Tejas Mark1A to be produced. Uttam has performed better than anticipated in the trials so far. DRDO already signed an MoU with HAL,” DRDO chairman Sateesh Reddy told TOI.

The Above you will notice that ADA has shaped TEDBF's fuselage like that to increase internal volume instead, while getting better alignment with area-rule without that bulged spine like MWF & (new) AMCA... But there's no conformal tank. It's part of the main fuselage.

noticed that the CFD from ADA Brochure don't have a spine, but a smooth back. Theoretically it should reduce both drag & RCS.
