design limitation it's displacement is up to 7000tn to carry more missiles a completely new submarine has to be designed.

It's more to ensure a no escape zone. Even with high speed missiles like amraam the opposing plane can still have a good chance to escape the oncoming missile by simply out running it. So in reality pilots tend to fire their missiles well within their state max range to ensure a successful hit. Even advanced missiles like the meteor has a NEZ of a stated 60km and a maximum range of 150km , and that is considered the biggest among current missiles.
