I remember Ted said Nathan Law gave him the cold shoulders in Britain... of course, he doesn't want the competition. Ted is forced to move Australia to look for work. Some of these folks would at most had 1 or 2 year of jail time. I would personally would of just taken that instead of being banished and on the run.

Their CIA handlers probably promised them the moon. They only realised they were only useful for a last news cycle statistic after they left, and promptly got tossed in the trash where all used condoms belong.

China really need to get these well spoken Chinese individual with excellent command of the english language to be spokes person or social media editorial. I sometime cringe at some the people China puts up to do the speaking...

Maybe the hong kong protesters waving the us flag should be attentive to what happens to everyone in afganistan that supported the us occupation after the us withdrawals.

I wont go into the moral and ethical issues on the HK election law but from what i see Xi is piece by piece solving the HK issue China had to deal with since HK handover back to China in the 90s
