Where is Tidalwave. Keep us informed please about EUV Lithography and what China is doing to remove her self from the claws of ASML, Eindhoven, Netherlands which is a very brotherly partner with the US and shall always follow Washington D.C. orders. You cannot depend on those countries. What is China doing with EUV lithography and to achieve that independence. Thank you.

This isn't good

US DOJ goes after Huawei under RICO charges, the first for any major corporation!

They also added new charges to Meng, potentially up to 30 years prison if extradicted and convicted

Pentagon now sides with Trump, allowing the 25% rule to go down to 10% or even 0%

Some are saying the new charges and the RICO charges are to pave the way for the Trump admin to declare all of Huawei's patents to be illemgiatme and thus American companies like Verizon will be able to use them without paying any loyaltyies

Also they are saying this adding of more charges and labeling Huawei as a criminal mafia enteprise etc will compel UK to change its stance and decide to ban huawei for good, as well as germany and others to follow the US lead in banning Huawei.

They also pinpointed Huawei chairman as guilty so if he travels to any Five Eyes nations he may get arrested and kidnapped as well!

This will force China into putting her own "Non-reliable Entities" program into work. So far, China has only acknowledged such a program is being considered for implementation.

I really like the Crypto AG story. It's timed to screw with Huawei and China. Idk how people can still think US gov't doesn't control the media.

China's "non-reliable entities" list will seriously harm a semiconductor company that gets sentenced to it, if the company has competitors in China: nobody sensible would do business with an unreliable foreign entity if he has a reliable local source whose products are about as good. The country is already more than half the global semiconductor market. Most manufacturers have profit margins of less than 10 percent; if they suddenly lose 50% of their market, they will definitely be hurting.

Not sure how the US releasing a story on how CIA backdoored hundreds of nations for 70 years helps their case that Huawei 5G should be banned. On top of that US just came out saying they want a controlling stake in Nokia and Ericsson, which mirrors exactly what happened the last time CIA took a controlling stake in Swiss Crypto AG.

I like this part and agree with it.

I could have simply "liked" your comment, but I wanted to make clear which part of it I liked.

So this is like Trump making the arguement that he knows Ren Zhengfei raped his daughter Ivanka because the proof is Ivanka is so attractive that Trump had been raping her for the last 20 years himself so of course Huawei CEO must have done the same...

I'm not so sure about this part LOL.

US is saying that software can be used as backdoors, and if you let Huawei in, China will spy on you, even thought Huawei is not officially owned by the CCP.

US also mentioned that they no longer own Crypto AG since 2018, thus they ain't doin it XD.
