I am correct and I see nothing in your post that makes him unpatriotic. That's the guy trying to run his own business and expand into other markets. Putting your own name on a brand makes you selfish/unpatriotic?? What's a patriotic Trump from 20 years ago supposed to name his businesses? America University? America Hotels and Casino Resorts? America Towers/Steaks/the Game/Shuttle/Mattresses?
Rich old men who can afford anything and everything have one thing left to want and that is a heroic legacy. The last thing they want (or at least one of the last things they want) to see is their nation defeated and relegated by a rival because that turns them from a global apex predator into a big fish in a small pond. A heroic American legacy as the helmsman who defeated China is what Trump wanted to create and for his incompetence, what he ended up with instead was coming within a hair away from being dragged out of office by the national guard amidst the backdrop of a violent animalistic mob enveloping the flaming American capital.
I know your stance is incorrigible, but let me clarify a couple things.
1. No one is questioning whether he is patriotic, the question is whether he is puts himself first above all (
@solarz original point)
2. Nothing about these businesses scream patriot. They don’t try to create lasting American jobs, they don’t try to address some of the common criticisms of modern american business vs. The common american worker. It is just him lazily putting his name on anything that comes his way.
As an aside, no one ever named their companies “America Product/Service”? You’d really stand on that hill?
