In those places, it doesn't matter how ruthless the someone is. He can be Saddam Hussein or Gaddafi, he'll still end up dead for one reason or other.

^^^ From what I've seen those two only died because of interference from outside. But mostly agreed that given the current geopolitical setup, it is very hard to count on any one person to bring order to the middle east, because there are too many interests and players from outside.

I was aware of the geopolitics and the "external interference". Just didn't want to mention that and get too political.

Since the beginning of the year, according to four American and Middle Eastern officials with knowledge of intelligence reports on the weapons, Qatar has used a shadowy arms network to move at least two shipments of shoulder-fired missiles, one of them a batch of Chinese-made FN-6s, to Syrian rebels who have used them against Mr. Assad’s air force. Deployment of the missiles comes at a time when American officials expect that President Obama’s decision to begin a limited effort to arm the Syrian rebels might be interpreted by Qatar, along with other Arab countries supporting the rebels, as a green light to drastically expand arms shipments.

The MANPAD shown at the end of the video is not a Pakistani MANPAD which is called the Anza, it's not even the one exported to Malaysia, that is a Chinese FN-6

Anza is a version of the FN-6 but with different specifications and model, as far as I know I have not seen any Anza MANPADS in Syria

Anza is actually based on QW-2, not FN-6. Malaysia supposed to get tech transfer for FN-6 in 2008, but don't know if it come through or not.
