Looks like a gambling table to me.

Liaoning was originally purchased from Ukraine to be used as a floating hotel and casino in Macau. Since it was "conscripted" by PLAN to become China's first aircraft carrier, now China is giving Shandung to Macau to be the casino as originally planned.

Do I get a prize for the best answer ?

You mean both the top and the bottom pics are showing Shandong’s hangar, whereas the middle pic shows Liaoning’s hangar.

I meant in the first image, the top panel or top half shows Shandong, and the bottom panel shows Liaoning.
