And we find that one Asian w/o a DSLR and telephoto! ... not to mention focusing on the wrong object.

Actually, it seems to me there is no strong evidence most of these pictures were taken with DSLR and telephoto. One strong indication that a photo was taken with a high quality telephoto lens that could only work with a DSLR is evidence of large optical aperture in the lens, as indicated by shallow depth of field. Every photo posted in this thread has near infinite depth of field and could easily have been taken with a 10X zoom on a point and shoot or even a smart phone.

wasn't that what I just said? ... also my comment was meant to be funny because of the stereotype of asians with big SLRs etc.

There is camera other than SLRs?:p

Joke aside with the so-called micro SLR comes out recent years seems SLR do become standard issue for every camera guy I know.

Does anyone know why this was done ? ... or even more where does all this water come from? Water draining for three days is surely not a small volume of water.

Is this recent ? look like from 2 weeks ago because the APAR doesn't look like it has been installed or is it?
I'm not exactly sure. But I believe these photos haven't been posted before ... and you might be right with the radar installation

Hendrik is correct: all of these are old and have been posted fairly recently (within the past month) on this very thread. Figaro, please check the photos carefully before posting them. The APAR covers in these photos alone should raise a red flag that they are old. A simple google image search would tell you the same, with all of them from early August, and indeed they have been posted by various members since then.
