You do realize that the CV-18 and CV-19 graphics are just photoshopped from the CV-17 image, do you not? Besides, I don't know what your problem with Top Plate is; it is now ubiquitous within the PLAN so obviously they seem to like it better than you do.

You do realize there is something called advancement, do you not? Besides, I don't know what your problem with retaining Top Plate is when China is likely to either develop and/or steal state of the art 3D sensors.

So instead of quick-PSing a CG that was already available to me, I was supposed to please someone like you and create an entire new hypothetical VSR because you think the Top Plate somehow shouldn't be there. You should certainly know by now that I couldn't care less what you think should be on top of that island and I certainly am not going to draw a new design because you say so. Get over yourself already.

If the island superstructure gets shrink by the time they get to "CV-19", then it should be "CVN-19", y'know...
CV or CVN is irrelevant, as the PLAN does not use such classifications. Strictly speaking, the ships are referred to by number (e.g. (16) for Liaoning), but people like to refer to them by name as well (e.g. 辽宁舰, which is 'Liaoning vessel').
The fact that we use 'CV-16', or 'CV-anything', on these forums, is a matter of convenience, as we are more familiar with the US Navy's hull classifications than anything else. If we really want to nitpick about what hull classificafion symbol the 'Type 003' should get, then it would be (19) and nothing else. Not even CVN-19.

Actually, my responses to you are typically for the benefit of others on SDF. And of course this is now your typical drivel here, but I have no doubt that you have gotten my point by now about what I choose to do with my own time and creativity.
Do what I've done and put him on your ignore list.
It means losing out on the occasional constructive post he makes, but in exchange for not seeing the overwhelming majority of unhelpful and silly posts he makes, it is fully worth it.
