Definitely an essential part of infrastructure. I'm only surprised we're just seeing this now, but I'm guessing it'd been on the cards for a while and PLAN were narrowing down a shortlist of possibilities or something of that ilk.

2) why in PLAN-Grey? To much of that Colour in Yard?
