The earliest appearance of the clip art version I found is in 2013 on . No words on where the poster got it. The embroidered patch could be made by some random vendors based on its design.

This is still my favorite pic of the Liaoning. It shows her with the most J-15s on deck at one time I have seen, and really punctuates how well the PLAN is doing in getting her up to speed and very capable in a very respectable amount of time.
