I think Prague mayor is racist anti-China, isnt he?

China is taking the moral high road as normal by sending aid despite recent provocations.

However, it would have been satisfying if China had demanded that mayor be the one to welcome the aircraft once they touch down in the Czech Republic and deliver the thank you message to China.

I have one feeling that the virus does not spread in hot climate. One might argue that there are cases in hot countries like Singapore, Australia (current season), Vietnam and Cambodia (I'm from Cambodia) and so on. To me, cases in these countries, first, are imported. second, local cases are spread in air-con atmosphere. For example, the only local case in Cambodia is a 38 year old man in Siem Reap who contracted the virus from his Japanese boss. They work together and I guess the place where virus pass to the Cambodian man was in their office.
I think virus does not spread easily in hot, moist, sunny climate. The temperature, moist, and UV ray are protective. But all are useless in close contact. Look at Indonesia, and Malay, it spreads rapidly.

I wouldn't know if he's "racist", but Tibet flags are put up on some occasion (forum rules preclude me from commenting any further) in the Czech Rep. including on

by the way I've never been there, after like twenty years in Prague I still feel sort of like a tourist here EDIT but now I checked the map and close from the Lennon Wall is a spot on the river's bank where I used to go with my kid to feed swans, LOL

Cough *Iran* cough.

Its 19 degrees in Madrid and 17 in Rome right now. Warmer weather does not seemed to have done any of them much good.

The idea that the virus will be easily defeated by nature once summer comes seems far more rooted in hope than reality, especially in the age of air conditioning. While we can, and should, all hope that warmer weather will halt this pandemic in its tracks, we shouldn’t be banking on it like many countries seems to be right now.

I was thinking perhaps moisture was the most important, as there're many cases in Qatar and Bahrain which are hot and sunny, but with little moisture -- at least that's my imagination of their climate
