Have to say.....

there's no ZBD-08....

what you call ZBD-08 isactually called ZBD-04A(yeah,it's kind of upgrade edition of ZBD-04)

what's more , there is no ZTZ-99A2 ,there are just ZTZ-99 and ZTZ-99A(the latter one is what you call ZTZ-99A2)

Several variants of ZBD-08 on the same rail cart (engineering, command, and IFV), along with a 99a2 MBT. This is pretty much the latest and the greatest lineup in Chinese armor:

Yet another new variant of the ZBD-08:

to be honest the type you call ZBD-08 is actually called ZBD-04A and the 99A2 is called
ZTZ-99A。
and。。。。the second pic you put is a new type of Combat reconnaissance vehicle(like M3Bradley) based on chassis of type 89A(not type 89,it is a upgrade edition of 89APC,but used many new tec ofZBD-04A——that‘s why you can't tell from them)。

New APC/IFV prototype.

It has a RWS and the JT-1 laser system (or something like it) what can be found in Type 99 tanks. Running gear seems to be also upgraded when compared to ZBD-08, probably because of increased weight.

in my opinion

this is another type of APC for export or testing。

(what'more it‘s looks like based more on 89APC(even not89A APC) rather than ZBD-04A(what you call ZBD-08))

Any bet's when we see first 30 ton + IFV from China? Puma weights 31-41 tonnes and next US IFV (GCV) is between 50-70 depending how much armor mission requires, but clearly trend is going towards heavier better protected IFV's.

Low possibility.
I have some article about the design philosophy of Chinese IFV(involved to cccp BMP)can help you understand this...but in Chinese, and the translation beyond competence...
