That harms existing students. I think can start with certain majors, especially ones that are stupid and wasteful (i.e. "liberal studies") I dont mind sending people to learn science and engineering.

Hmmm even social sciences have its place though. However, they should deprecate those moneygrab degrees that were just for Chinese students.

China should only recognize 4 years undergraduate degrees and 2 years masters degrees. In case of Australia, China should only recognize 4 years honours degree.

It's far too complicated. It isn't China as a nation that need to make this work. It is all the companies that needs to make it work in their job offerings.

It is far simpler to say from this day forward, all degrees awarded by Australian institutions is not recognised. Firms would have a fighting chance to administer this.

In China, all foreign degrees must be certified by Ministry of Education before it can be used as basis for hiring. So if a Chinese student has earned a degree from an Australian university, upon returning to China s/he must first present the degree certificate to the Chinese government and only after the Chinese government's approval can the degree be presented to the employer. The system is already in place.

Thanks. It's good to know it's tightly controlled then.

Chinese demands for Australia should also include joint patrols by People's Armed Police in Australian cities due to the increase in racial attacks against Chinese students and other Chinese nationals. This was also done in France and Italy, France especially in the wake of racial attacks against Chinese living in France.
I would follow this one up with a no knock arrest warrant by these PAP units against entities harbouring terrorism against China. Starting with the headquarters and homes of ASPI.

No chance for that to happen.
