Your expectations against everyone else's.

So basically, nobody shot arrows or threw molotovs like in Hong Kong, eh? But much more violence from the Indian police than in Hong Kong.

Compare to what? Why not compare 2020 to 2021? Why compare 1989? Is it because India's 30+ years behind China? LOL

It is a Chinese city with no dispute in the world. It used to be poisoned by foreign influence to make Chinese people against Chinese people but the CCP is cleaning that up and making China better like it always is.

Oh, so you know how restrained the police where even when assaulted with deadly weapons.

I'm lying that India receives immense COVID aid or lying that China gives aid? Your response or lack of has no bearing on the truth.

That's because you're ignorant on Chinese people. I would like Sinovac but have no choice but to choose between American vaccines that have heavy side effects and little actual protection against Delta. How come Indians have so much faith in Chinese phones?

I guess I'm very very lucky as all my Chinese stuff works. The world must be really really lucky or really really stupid because China is the biggest exporting nation. On the other hand, as with any Indian product, if it exists, you are very lucky.

I don't understand upholding "agreements" you were forced into by invading countries. There is no mutual combat; it is the US attacking a small defenseless nation killing civilians with drones and telling them to "abide" by "agreements". They deserve as much honor as this shows. And they got it too; they got the boot and left with nothing. You might not agree because you have confused Stockhold Syndrome with "understanding."

What indoctrination? You say most people here are based in Western countries and then you accuse them of Chinese indoctrination? LOL When you believe opposite to what your environment persuades you to, that's called free thought. Your failure to recognize this and assumption that those who agree with the Chinese view must be indoctrinated represents true indoctrination.
They are all hypocrites and liars with double standard. They will say one thing, but do the opposite. The US presidents and now biden say they agree, verbally, there is only one China inclusive of Taiwan which is an inalienable part of China [the three communicates signed between China and US]. Yet, when the mouth is not even closed, biden agrees to sell weapons to Taiwan. So can you really trust US and its deputy sheriff and lackeys? NO! Definitely NOT!

Nothing confirmed as of now. At the moment, I am leaning on the camp of this being another Indian disinfo social media campaign
Cont.
I have been tracking this "development" and it is only being intensively talked by a lot of random people in Twitter. The only one who has some kind of position talking about this, mentions that it "some locals" who have said that Chinese have settled there

More fake news.
From article:
There have been multiple reports of military planes arriving at Bagram airbase in Afghanistan, just hours after images emerged showing that power was restored to the base for the first time since US forces evacuated the stronghold in July.
Images circulating on social media appear to show the airbase's floodlights blazing in the distance, amid reports that several military planes have taken off and landed at the base in recent hours.

Several sources suggest that the aircraft are Chinese
^^I was tracking this and i am 100% certain they got the news from the totally trustworthy twitter disinfo campaign

I have not seen any credible source saying that it was Chinese aircraft

TLDR: it seems that this is another trash Daily Mail article

most likely fake news.
China would not like to take over the airbase at the present time and circumstances, even if the intention was there, a big if, of course.
OTOH I for one would welcome China taking over the airbase, because I see this act as a big plus factor in her strategic calculations.
the time for hiding strength and biding time is gone, and China must stand up and be counted, if she wants to be respected as a political alternative to the West.
take over the airbase, and declare the country a no-fly zone to US and Nato aircrafts. Shoot down the drones, but escort the manned aircrafts out. Boy, I am wringing my hands in glee of this prospect. What a sweet revenge to all those insults US has heaped on China all these years. I am dreaming, I know, I know.

China is ready to show muscle if its short-term goal is to challenge the United States and want to take over the vacant position of power. But, hell, no. If the long-term goal is order, stability and wealth for a thousand years, then it is wrong to show too much muscle. Either China will be as short-lived as the Soviet Union, or it will repeat the path of the United States, become an unprecedented superpower, then weaken and be replaced by other nations.

but what if the take over of the airbase is to serve as a stabilizing factor, and incorporates the country into the BRI development ?
the country will also serve as a land bridge between China and Iran where oil / natural gas pipe lines can run through. This can't be bad to the locals ?
in short, China is a positive force for development and common prosperity, unlike US which only brings destruction and misery. Even the Taliban recognizes this fact.
